Message	mechanics who say they did work but who never did. He has to keep a record of all repairs that have been made to various cars for a certain amount of time (in FL it's 1 year). You can also tell if a hose has been replaced or if the leak has been "repaired". You've got him over a hole and you could probable sue him for a lot more ( plus the cost of getting SGP to do it right).
